Widely used in thermoplastic plastics such as PP, PE, TPE, EVA, EPDM, ABS, PA, PBT, PPO, PPS, POM, PC, etc. Suitable for modified plastics, halogen-free flame-retardant cable materials, high-end shoe soles, plastic thermal insulation sealing strips, large injection-molded parts, thin-walled complex plastic components, plastic pipes, and other fields.

2. Functions and Features

The self-developed silicone masterbatch appears as white granules. It is primarily used as a plastic processing aid, addressing the processing issues and performance shortcomings of traditional dimethyl silicone oil. It is safe to use, easy to mix, has low addition levels, stable effects, and disperses easily in resins.

Adding 0.3-1% to materials can reduce torque and die head pressure during extrusion, improve quality, enhance processing performance, and reduce die buildup. It improves the smoothness of wire surfaces and reduces surface roughness.

Enhances demolding performance during injection molding, improves material fluidity and mold filling performance, and shortens the injection molding cycle.

Reduces surface fiber floating in fiber-filled products.

Improves the scratch resistance of product surfaces, reduces the surface friction coefficient, and enhances wear resistance.
