High-Temperature Resistant Bright Lubricant (PETS)

Applications:

PETS exhibits excellent thermal stability, low volatility, good demolding and flow properties at high temperatures. It is used as a plasticizer and lubricant in the rubber and plastics industries. During rubber mastication, it acts as a peptizer and lubricant; it has a good nucleating effect on partially crystalline plastics and can be used in transparent products. As an external lubricant for alloy materials, PC, rigid PVC, and other polymer systems, the typical dosage is 0.1–1%, which is lower than most traditional lubricants. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring both high-temperature processing conditions, thermal stability, and excellent demolding performance.

1. Plasticizer: Acts as a peptizer and high-temperature processing lubricant during rubber mastication.

2. Stabilizer: Used as a processing stabilizer, plasticizer, and internal lubricant for polymers such as polyvinyl chloride.

3. High-temperature resistant lubricant: Used as an internal and external lubricant for plastics such as PVC, PE, PP, PS, PA, PBT, PET, PPO, PPS, ABS, PC, as well as natural and synthetic rubbers. It is especially resistant to decomposition under high-temperature processing conditions.
