Physicochemical Properties of the Product:

It is a waxy solid. The molecule contains unsaturated bonds (double bonds). Insoluble in water, with considerable solubility in organic solvents such as ketones, esters, alcohols, and turpentine, and good compatibility with resins. It has excellent dispersibility for various substances (such as dyes and pigments).

Product Applications:

The important uses of oleamide include serving as an anti-blocking agent, release agent, lubricant, and antistatic agent for polyethylene and polypropylene. Adding 0.05–0.2% oleamide can reduce the dynamic and static friction coefficients between polyethylene and polypropylene films by more than 50%.

When 0.01–0.5% by weight of oleamide is added to nylon, styrene, ethylene, or butyrate resins before injection molding or forming, the product exhibits excellent antistatic properties and anti-blocking effects.

It can be used as a functional additive in plastic surface printing inks to improve the smooth hand feel, scratch resistance, anti-blocking, and dispersibility of the ink.

Adding this product to polyethylene thermoplastic powder coatings significantly improves the fluidity and smoothness of the powder coatings.   

It serves as a lubricant and dispersant for plastic masterbatches and functional masterbatches.

Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:

The product is packaged in composite bags, with a net weight of 20 kg or 25 kg per bag. It is recommended to store in a dark place.
