III. Mechanism of Action:

1. In the molecular structure of EBS, both ends are non-polar long-chain alkyl groups, and the middle is a polar diamide group. This symmetrical central polar structure gives EBS excellent wetting and penetration capabilities, providing significant wetting and dispersing effects on various pigments and filler powders.

2. The good match between polar and non-polar groups in the EBS molecule, along with its high molecular weight, makes it insoluble in both alcohols and oils. This balanced property gives it moderate compatibility in most resins and presents excellent internal and external lubrication effects. The slippery characteristic of lubricant EBS also gives it a slip agent function, which can be used as a slip agent in blown film production to improve the film's opening performance.

IV. Product Applications

1. EBS B-50 can be used as a brightener and high-quality release agent in the processing of plastics such as PE, PP, PS, PBT, PET, PVC, ABS, AS, PA, and PF;

2. EBS B-50 can serve as an internal and external lubricant in the processing of thermoplastic resins and products like PE, PP, PS, PBT, PET, PVC, ABS, AS, PA, PF, etc.;

3. EBS B-50 can be used as a dispersant for pigments in plastic and chemical fiber masterbatches, and also as a diffusion powder for plastic color matching;

4. EBS B-50 has antistatic properties and can be used as an antistatic agent for plastics;

5. When the addition amount is increased to 0.5%, no blooming phenomenon occurs, and it does not contaminate the product or affect its various properties;

6. When added in rubber processing, it can serve as a lubricant, anti-adhesive agent, release agent, surface modifier for fillers, and surface treatment agent for rubber. Its outstanding performance is its ability to improve the surface gloss of products such as rubber sheets and hoses;
