This product offers excellent lubricity and moderate slip, with good thermal stability, making it suitable for use in plastic (resin) processing at temperatures exceeding 310°C. Its usage is increasing alongside the growing demand for high-temperature polymers, and it is particularly useful in the film casting process of engineering plastics. It migrates to the surface of polypropylene copolymers but does not migrate to the core layer of polypropylene homopolymers, making it suitable for food containers and packaging materials.

Product Applications:
1. Can be used as a lubricant, anti-blocking agent, and release agent for resins such as polyolefins, nylon (PA), and polyesters (PET, PBT). It is particularly suitable for composite and multi-layer co-extrusion production processes, as well as in calendared packaging and heat-sealed packaging;
2. Used in appropriate amounts as needed in the production of PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, AS, PET, PVC, PC, and PVDC;
3. Internal release agent and slip agent for acrylic rubber;
4. Used as an effective anti-blocking agent and slip additive for cellulose, polyolefins, ethylene/propylene, ethylene/vinyl copolymers, polyvinyl polymers, and copolymers;
5. High-temperature release agent, lubricant, and friction modifier for engineering plastics (friction coefficient can be controlled between 0.25-0.45);
6. Excellent release agent for metallocene polyolefins.
