1. PEEK450G (Brown-gray) is manufactured using pure polyetheretherketone resin as the raw material, offering the best toughness and excellent impact resistance among all PEEK grades. PEEK450G can be sterilized using the most convenient methods (steam, dry heat, ethanol, and gamma rays), and the raw material composition complies with EU and U.S. FDA regulations for food contact suitability. These characteristics make it highly suitable for widespread use in the medical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries.

2. PEEK450FC30 (Black) incorporates PTFE, graphite, and carbon fibers, making it a bearing-grade plastic. Its superior friction properties (low coefficient of friction, wear resistance, and high peak pressure limit) make this grade an ideal material for friction applications.

3. PEEK-GF30 (Brown-gray) is a reinforced-grade plastic filled with 30% glass fiber, offering better rigidity, creep resistance, and dimensional stability compared to PEEK450, making it ideal for manufacturing structural components. It can withstand fixed loads for extended periods at high temperatures. If PEEK-GF30 is used as a sliding component, its suitability should be carefully evaluated, as glass fibers may scratch mating surfaces.

4. PEEK-CA30 (Black) is reinforced with 30% carbon fiber, providing better mechanical properties (higher elastic modulus, mechanical strength, and creep resistance) and greater wear resistance compared to PEEK-GF30. Additionally, carbon fiber-reinforced plastic has 3.5 times the thermal conductivity of unreinforced PEEK plastic, allowing faster heat dissipation from bearing surfaces.
