Product Applications:

1. Used in metal cutting fluids for cooling and rust prevention, with good lubrication and cleaning performance. Applied in the cleaning and rust prevention of semi-finished metal products such as ferrous metal processing, cast iron, aluminum, alloy steel, low-alloy steel, and watch components.

2. Used as a water-soluble rust inhibitor in water-based coating systems, offering high corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, and excellent resistance to hard water. Performs well even in areas with poor water quality.

3. Used as a metal rust prevention and cleaning agent, providing effective cleaning and rust prevention for mineral oil, engine oil, paraffin, lubricating oil, etc.

Usage Instructions:

1. The concentration used depends on the required rust prevention capability and the storage environment of the materials. For short-term rust prevention, use 0.5%-1%. In environments with more corrosive gases, use 2-5%. For long-term rust prevention, use 5-10%.

2. The usage temperature is generally room temperature. Heating to 50-80°C or using hot air drying can further enhance rust prevention performance.

3. Application methods include brushing, spraying, and immersion.
