The ZD2070 Wireless Tilt Vibration Sensor is an ultra-compact, three-axis tilt and vibration monitoring sensor that integrates data acquisition, wireless communication, battery power supply, and self-protection. Its main function is to monitor tilt and vibration changes in real-time and upload data immediately.

Working Principle

Powered by a built-in 19,000 mAh high-density lithium-thionyl chloride battery and using NB-IoT/LoRa/4G communication, it achieves an integrated structural design combining sensing, power supply, acquisition, and communication. It incorporates a three-axis MEMS accelerometer and a magnetometer positioning module for multi-parameter acquisition. With an ultra-low power design and variable-frequency acquisition mode, it controls system power consumption. In low-power mode, it automatically reduces the sampling frequency (400 Hz). When scheduled acquisition is required or when tilt or vibration is detected, it immediately switches to operational mode with high-frequency sampling (2000 Hz) and continuous reporting. Through Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), it performs real-time spectrum analysis and extracts frequency-domain characteristic values (dominant frequency and amplitude), which can be used for structural health analysis.

Featuring an integrated fully sealed structural design and made of high-strength, aging-resistant engineering polyurethane material, it achieves an IP68 protection rating, making it suitable for harsh outdoor environments.

4 Real-Time Acquisition, Triggered Reporting

The combination of scheduled acquisition and triggered reporting allows the RT-1070 to capture changes in the monitored object in real-time with extremely low power consumption. It can be used for studying long-term movement patterns, monitoring and early warning, and on-site equipment anti-theft.

5 Simple On-Site Operation

Civil engineering installation is straightforward, with complete accessories provided. No wiring is required on-site, reducing workload and preventing faults caused by wiring errors.

6 Remote Parameter Configuration and Firmware Upgrade

No on-site parameter configuration is needed; all operations are performed remotely. Firmware can also be upgraded remotely, enabling customized product requirements to be met remotely.
