The ZD2070 Wireless Tilt Vibration Sensor is an ultra-compact, three-axis tilt and vibration monitoring sensor that integrates data acquisition, wireless communication, battery power supply, and self-protection. Its primary function is to monitor tilt and vibration changes in real-time and upload the data immediately.

Working Principle

Powered by a built-in 19,000mAh high-density lithium-thionyl chloride battery and using NB-IoT/Lora/4G communication, it achieves an integrated structural design combining sensing, power supply, acquisition, and communication. The device incorporates a three-axis MEMS accelerometer and a magnetometer positioning module for multi-parameter acquisition. It employs an ultra-low power design with variable-frequency acquisition mode to control system power consumption. In low-power mode, it automatically reduces the sampling frequency (400Hz). When scheduled acquisition is required or when tilt or vibration is detected, it immediately switches to operational mode with high-frequency sampling (2000Hz) and continuous reporting. Real-time spectrum analysis is performed via Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), extracting frequency-domain characteristic values (predominant frequency and amplitude) for structural health analysis.

Civil construction is straightforward with complete accessories. No on-site wiring is required, reducing fieldwork and preventing faults caused by wiring errors.

6 Remote Parameter Configuration and Firmware Upgrade
