The plastic extrusion welding gun is a new type of hot air welding gun developed by our company through the introduction of advanced European technology,

This product integrates hot air preheating and welding rod extrusion. The hot air features adjustable electric heating temperature control and a self-feeding air source.
The extrusion part has an advanced temperature control system, convenient extrusion speed adjustment, and uses a screw for feeding with high extrusion pressure.
The low-temperature protection system is sensitive, and it uniformly uses a 220 V working power supply. It can weld thermoplastic plastic products such as plastic sheets and pipes,
especially for sealing both ends of large-diameter hollow-wall winding pipes, manufacturing and welding pipe fittings, and repairing damaged pipes. The working principle of the extrusion sheet welding gun simulates the operation of an extruder,
where the PP welding rod is extruded through the rotating screw and heated barrel from the die, while hot air softens the welding surface. The extruded material is then applied to the softened welding surface, forming a unified whole after cooling.
The welding strength of the sheet extrusion welding gun is much higher than that of ordinary hot air welding, and it is easy to operate, making it highly suitable for welding large sheets, pipelines, tanks, and membrane products.
