Product Performance    

Lanco TF1725 is used to enhance the abrasion resistance and smoothness of coatings. The combination of PTFE and polyethylene wax does not cause agglomeration, making it very easy to disperse. It offers the following properties:

◆    Improves film hardness and scratch resistance

◆    Reduces friction coefficient to improve resistance to metal scratches

◆    High abrasion resistance

◆    Wood coatings and UV-curable coatings      ◆ Clear varnishes, letterpress, and gravure inks

Applicable in the following systems:

Addition Method  

Lanco TF1725 is easy to disperse and can be added directly with ordinary stirring. However, when the system viscosity is very low, high-speed dispersers or ball mills are required for dispersion.

 

 

Dosage    Depending on the formulation system, the recommended addition is 0.05-2.0%.
