Model 500 - Multi-functional - Dual-set Water Jet Vacuum Unit

         The SPBZ-WD-500 dual-set water jet vacuum unit produced by our factory features a seamless, one-piece wound tank structure with no welds. The tank is designed with round heads on both ends and is equipped with a level gauge and butterfly valves, ensuring excellent overall structural strength. Depending on the user's process conditions, such as high water temperatures, the tank can be designed to include 12m2 to 30m2 graphite-modified cooling coils to control the rate of temperature rise and ensure vacuum stability. Additionally, based on the user's process requirements for extraction volume, the unit can be extended to four-set, six-set, and eight-set vacuum units. Multi-set water jet vacuum units can operate according to the process gas volume, allowing all sets to be activated or only a few to run flexibly.
       The Model 500 dual-set water jet vacuum unit offers stable and up-to-standard technical parameters: an extraction volume of 1000m3/h, a vacuum degree of -0.099MPa, two 15KW motor-driven circulation pumps, and an iron support base for easy maintenance. It is equipped with butterfly valves and a level gauge, making the device fully functional. After delivery, users only need to connect the system pipelines, fill the tank with water, and power it on to start using the unit.
