   • Colorless transparent liquid with a slight special odor, density approximately 1.03-1.1063 g/cm3 at 25°C, boiling point 190-190.2°C, moderate flash point (non-flammable);
   • Easily soluble in alcohols, ethers, and other organic solvents, solubility in water at 20°C is 21.3%.

   • Contains ester group structure, chemical formula C?H??O?, molecular weight 146.14;
   • Easily hydrolyzes to ethanol and acetic acid under acidic/alkaline conditions, weak oxidizing properties but flammable.

   • Low toxicity (oral LD50 in rats >13,000 mg/kg), mildly toxic to aquatic organisms.
