Install adjustable wind power dust removal equipment at the outlet of the T-slot platform bucket elevator for air classification. Apply alcohol-based coatings to the resin sand mold by spraying or brushing, then ignite to achieve surface drying. The resin sand knockout equipment for the T-slot platform must meet the quality requirements of the sand: If the micro-powder content is high, the amount of resin added must be increased, which reduces the strength of the resin sand.
