Standard Type and Wide Type

There are two types of slider width shapes: the standard type and the wide type, which is suitable for single-row slide rail use.

Slider Length

Stainless steel ball-fixed types are available in three variations with the same cross-sectional dimensions but different slider lengths: short type, standard type, and high-rigidity extended type, allowing appropriate selection based on application.

Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel Sliders

Stainless steel sliders, with excellent corrosion resistance, are ideal for machinery and equipment used in clean rooms, such as medical devices, various disk reading devices, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Carbon steel sliders, which allow additional processing of the slide rail, are widely used in general applications like transport and handling devices.

Ball Fixation

The slider is equipped with a ball retainer, ensuring that the steel balls do not fall out even when the slider is removed from the slide rail, making it easy to handle.

Slide Rails with Internal Threads

Slide rails are available in two specifications: the standard type, which uses bolts inserted through through-holes for bottom mounting, and the internally threaded type, which has threads machined into the slide rail. This allows free choice of mounting direction, expanding design flexibility for machinery and equipment.
