Nakkyo Kasei Vapor Phase Rust Inhibitor EFFLUX C-Y TYPE

EFFLUX: Available in two variants: green and colorless.

Features: This product forms a solid film that tightly adheres to the object while creating a vapor layer around it, providing dual protection for molds. As it is oil-free, it minimizes contamination of molded products and has almost no impact even if it adheres to them.

Applications: Used for rust prevention in oil-averse molds and can serve as a substitute for hard-to-remove lubricants or rust inhibitors.

Due to its vapor phase properties, if the mold is closed or wrapped in a polyethylene bag, the enclosed vapor phase rust inhibitor gas envelops the object, delivering superior rust prevention.
