Properties: This product is a pale yellow transparent liquid with a boiling point of 124°C (760mmHg) and a decomposition temperature of 76-77°C. It can be diluted with solvents specified by the customer. Insoluble in water, soluble in most organic solvents.

Applications:

1. An excellent medium-temperature initiator for high-pressure polyethylene (LDPE), commonly used in tubular or autoclave processes. It can be combined with initiators such as PV (tert-butyl peroxy pivalate), OT (tert-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate), initiator TBPD (tert-butyl peroxy neodecanoate), and dicumyl peroxide to form a composite catalyst system for better polymerization results.

2. In the styrene suspension polymerization process, initiator C is used in combination with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and is the most commonly used initiator for styrene or styrene copolymers.

3. In the polymerization of acrylates, using initiator C instead of azo initiators reduces the toxicity in the resin. It can also be used in the polymerization of vinyl acetate.

4. It is a high-temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester. This product is widely used in the curing process of unsaturated polyester in fiberglass, coatings, adhesives, etc., such as in SMC, BMC, and DMC molding processes. It is the primary curing agent for high-temperature curing of unsaturated polyester, providing ideal curing effects for both compression molding and pultrusion processes. When combined with initiators like BPO, TBPEH, and CH to form a composite initiator system, the results are even better.

5. It is an excellent vulcanizing agent for most rubbers (except isobutylene-based rubbers).

6. Adding it to oil products significantly increases their cetane number.

Packaging and Transportation:

Our standard packaging is 25 kg polyethylene containers. We can also supply according to customer-specified packaging sizes; customers can make requests when ordering.

Storage Precautions:

1. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area with warehouse temperature not exceeding 30°C.

2. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Store separately from acids, reducing agents, flammable materials, combustibles, and reducing agents.

3. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities in the storage area, with switches located outdoors.

4. Handle with care during搬運(yùn) to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Avoid impact and vibration. Pay attention to personal protection during repackaging and handling operations.

5. Customers are advised to carefully read our factory's "Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)" during storage, transportation, and use of this product.

Product Shelf Life:

When stored and transported strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions, the product quality is guaranteed for six months.

Fire Protection:

1. This product may decompose violently when heated, leading to fierce fires. For small fires involving small amounts of the product, use foam or dry powder extinguishers quickly.

2. For large fires, evacuate to a safe distance immediately and use water jets to suppress the fire. Notify the fire department for handling.
