Can set the running distance for a single measurement, display real-time working video of the sampling head; can set the negative pressure value for sampling, initiate the raising and lowering of the sampling device; can display real-time dust concentration and road dust load.

4.4 Special Road Condition Handling During Operation

The system has the function of raising and lowering the sampling device to ensure avoidance when the road surface is uneven or there are obstacles.

If the dust suction head is blocked by large particles, the system will stop the suction pump, continue moving to dislodge the particles through vibration, automatically raise the sampling head to shed the large particles, and then resume sampling.

5、 Functions of the Upper Computer Data Processing System

5.1 Automatically records driving mileage and calculates sampling area.

5.2 Automatically weighs and records initial and final weights, calculates net weight and concentration values.

5.3 Real-time recording of sampling pressure.

5.4 Features alarm function for too low or too high sampling pressure.

5.5 Has GPS positioning function, records latitude and longitude at the start and end of the sampling interval.

5.6 All the above data can be exported as Excel reports for data processing.

5.7 Sampling operations and data queries can be performed via a mobile client.
