Continuous rainy days have affected the progress of corn harvesting, but we must not slack off in preparing grain machinery. Grain cleaning screens are an indispensable part of grain cleaning, whether for grain enterprises, grain collection agencies, or storage and turnover operations.

A grain sampler can replace multiple workers and, when combined with a conveyor for feeding, enables mechanized grain cleaning operations. It can meet the diverse needs of different grain varieties, enterprises of varying scales, and different processing stages for cleaning equipment. Grain cleaning screens can handle various grains such as wheat, rice, corn, soybeans, and rapeseed. Equipped with mobile wheels, they are suitable for enterprises like grain collection points where equipment needs to be frequently moved, allowing for operations in multiple locations. The primary screen is used to remove large impurities, with grain entering the upper layer of the screen with larger apertures. Under the action of the vibration motor, the grain moves forward by jumping on the screen surface. Large impurities such as straw, hemp rope, and large soil clumps cannot pass through the screen holes and are discharged through the large impurity outlet along the screen surface. The secondary screen removes small impurities; grain that passes through the upper screen falls onto the middle or lower layer screens with smaller apertures. At this stage, full grain particles continue to move on the screen surface, while small impurities like sand, broken grains, and small soil clumps fall through the screen holes and are collected and discharged through the small impurity outlet. After multiple layers of screening, clean, full grain particles flow out from the end of the screen surface and enter the next process or collection device.
