III. Working Principle

Reed Grain Cooling Units utilize an air circulation treatment method to draw untreated air into the unit's air treatment section. After cooling and dehumidification, the air enters the warehouse through the air inlet, moves into the underground duct system, and is delivered to the bottom of the grain pile. Due to negative pressure, the low-temperature air gradually flows and diffuses upward, reducing the grain temperature. Finally, the air passes through a certain thickness of the grain layer and returns to the unit's air inlet via the warehouse exhaust outlet. Through this cyclic process, the grain layer is gradually treated to the predetermined temperature over time. The air circulation principle is detailed in the following diagram:
