I. Features:

1. The hoist consists of a motor, hoist mechanism, frame, protective cover, etc.; it adopts a three-stage reduction method with screw transmission, providing greater output torque. The hoist is equipped with a steel frame to overcome uneven civil construction, reducing overall noise and vibration.

2. It uses an outdoor-type long-duty cycle motor with a protection等級(jí) ≥ IP55. The travel control mechanism employs the principle of a decimal counter, with a travel control error of 0.5%. Torque protection control is achieved through axial displacement of the worm, which triggers a microswitch to protect electrical components.

3. It is easy to operate and maintain, enabling both on-site and remote control operations.

2. Unless specially designed, this series of hoists cannot be used for斜吊 operation.

3. Manual-electric screw hoists are equipped with travel limit devices for極限 operation protection. Manual hoists are equipped with positioning sleeves to control the lower limit position.

4. When users provide their own gates, they should follow the吊座 dimensions provided by our company. If users design their own吊座, please provide the relevant dimensions to our company for configuring the screw end吊耳.
