I. Introduction:

The function of a flow valve is to regulate the flow by utilizing the throttling port area between the valve core and the valve body and the local resistance it generates when the pressure difference at the inlet and outlet changes, thereby controlling the movement speed of the actuator. It maintains a constant flow rate, thus ensuring a consistent flow for the controlled object in series (such as a loop, a user, a device, etc., similarly hereinafter). When applied in pipeline networks, the flow valve can be set directly according to the design. Under water pressure, the valve automatically eliminates the residual pressure head in the pipeline and the flow deviation caused by pressure fluctuations. Flow valves have various names, such as self-operated flow balancing valves, constant flow valves, dynamic balancing valves, etc. Although different types of flow valves have varying structures, their working principles are similar.

II. Structural Features:

The flow valve is scientifically and reasonably designed with a compact structure. The valve core is equipped with a U-shaped slot, and adjusting the slot opening allows for flow control. A liner is installed at the valve inlet to separate the valve body from the valve core. The radial clearance between the liner and the valve core can be adjusted to ensure the flexibility of the valve core's operation. It can be paired with various types of actuators.

III. Upgraded Yibao Valve Features:

The valve body adopts an integrated casting process, avoiding manual welding gaps and ensuring strict sealing to prevent medium leakage. Made of ductile iron with good thickness, it has a long service life. The valve core of the Yibao valve has a high surface finish, featuring a full-circle valve core and full-circle track, ensuring no deviation or misalignment with high precision. The Yibao valve includes a cover plate to prevent dust leakage, meeting higher dust protection requirements. The wool felt can be directly extracted from the side for convenient maintenance.

IV. Installation and Use:

① Upon arrival, store properly, avoid rain, and keep in a dry place; ② Install according to the water flow direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, ensuring it is not installed in reverse; ③ It can be installed vertically or horizontally in the pipeline; ④ Flow setting method: Use a special wrench to open the protective screw and rotate the valve stem to adjust the scale line to the corresponding value of the set flow; ⑤ The flow valve does not have a shut-off function; a separate shut-off valve should be installed as needed.
