The (Electronic Water Processor) has undergone strict testing before leaving the factory. Users must not open the main unit casing for debugging, as this may cause circuit damage and render the equipment scrapped.

2. Once the entire water system has been debugged and qualified, simply connect the electronic descaling unit (electronic water processor) to a 220V/50Hz power supply to begin operation.

3. To extend the service life of the electronic descaling unit (electronic water processor), it is recommended to disconnect the power and cease use when the system stops operating.

4. During operation, fully closed circulation systems should be drained of sediment at least once a month, with each drainage volume being no less than 5% of the system's total water capacity; semi-closed circulation systems should be drained at least once a week. Control the concentration factor to not exceed 4–5.

5. When the system operates seasonally or is out of use for an extended period, an appropriate amount of extreme corrosion inhibitor should be added to the water before shutdown to reduce corrosion and protect the system. When the system is restarted, an appropriate amount of biocide and stripping agent should be added, followed by flushing to remove biological sludge formed during the shutdown period.

Working Principle

This device is designed based on the mechanism that different water qualities adapt to different frequencies of electromagnetic fields for treatment.
