I. Application

II. Features
According to recent studies, in the total driving energy consumption of horizontally arranged conveyor belts, approximately 61% of the energy is used to overcome the indentation rolling resistance of the conveyor belt as it passes over idlers and pulleys.
The viscoelasticity of the conveyor belt itself is the fundamental factor causing indentation rolling resistance.
By reducing the energy loss from indentation on idlers, energy consumption is lowered, using low rolling resistance rubber compounds for non-working surfaces.
