I. Equipment Introduction

Reinforced Concrete Simply Supported Beam Steel Truss Loading Test System is primarily used for mechanical loading tests and scientific research experiments in civil engineering-related disciplines. It facilitates mechanical performance tests on components such as concrete beams, concrete structural frames, walls, and steel trusses, and can also conduct tests on columns, beams, trusses, frames, and joints.

The system can also perform axial compression tests, compression-shear tests, parallel shear tests, etc., and is widely used for static mechanical property testing of components, including tension, compression, bending, and fatigue tests. It employs a self-balancing design concept, eliminating the need for reaction walls or reaction trenches during installation.

III. Main Testing Functions

Addressing the core mechanical performance testing needs of reinforced concrete simply supported beams and steel trusses, the system can achieve:

Static Bearing Capacity Testing:

Measure the cracking load, yield load, and ultimate load of concrete simply supported beams, plot force-midspan deflection curves, and calculate short-term stiffness and ultimate deflection;

Measure the ultimate bearing capacity and joint bearing capacity of steel trusses, and analyze the internal force distribution (axial forces in chords and web members) under load.

Deformation Performance Testing:

Test the deflection distribution of concrete beams at different load stages (midspan and quarter-point deflections) to verify compliance with code limits (e.g., L/250);

Test the overall deformation of steel trusses (midspan deflection, joint displacement) and analyze in-plane/out-of-plane deformation patterns.

Crack Resistance and Damage Testing:

Record the time, location, and width of cracks in concrete beams to evaluate crack resistance;

Monitor stress concentration areas in steel trusses through strain data to predict damage initiation locations.

Fatigue Performance Testing:

Test the fatigue life of concrete beams under cyclic loading (e.g., bearing capacity degradation after 2 million cycles);

Test the joint fatigue performance of steel trusses under alternating loads (e.g., loosening of bolted connections, weld cracking).
