I. Product Introduction

The carbon fiber mechanical properties testing machine is equipment used to test the mechanical properties of carbon fiber and its composites, primarily for evaluating the material's 0° compression strength, interlaminar shear strength, and 90° tensile strength. The device applies axial tensile loads to carbon fiber materials through transmission mechanisms such as motor-driven lead screws or hydraulic systems. During the stretching process, sensors are used to measure the tensile force applied to the specimen, and an extensometer is employed to measure the deformation of the specimen, i.e., strain. The force and strain data are collected through a control system to obtain relevant mechanical property parameters of the carbon fiber material.

The testing machine secures the carbon fiber specimen with fixtures and then applies a tensile force, causing the specimen to gradually deform under stress until fracture. The equipment is equipped with high-precision sensors and a control system to collect force, displacement, and deformation data in real-time, which is then analyzed and processed using specialized software.
