I. Product Introduction

The horizontal motor load test bench is primarily used for load torque testing of high-speed motors. Its working principle involves adjusting the voltage or current of the eddy current brake during testing to achieve the desired load torque. A dynamic torque sensor is used to collect the driving torque and locked-rotor torque of the test motor in real time.

II. Functional Features

Utilizes a high-speed dynamic torque sensor with a maximum speed of up to 10,000 rpm and a response frequency of 1 ms. The upper computer software can simultaneously display curves of torque, speed, voltage, current, and power, and export the collected data to documents. Equipped with a diaphragm coupling, which offers high coaxial adaptability. Additionally, the workpiece installation platform can be moved up, down, left, and right to accommodate different test workpieces.
