The Triangular Arm Torsion Testing Machine is used to test the input torque, torsion angle, and output torque performance of automotive control arms. It primarily conducts tests for the torsional mechanical properties of various automotive control arms (triangular arms) and stabilizer bars. Through the connection and installation with corresponding fixtures, within the allowable range of the testing machine, static torsion tests can be performed on various shaft components, structural parts, and specimens of different materials.

II. Features:

This equipment consists of a loading system, transmission system, precision testing system, test base, computer control software, and multiple sets of fixtures. It can measure curves such as torque, failure torque, torsional strength, torsional stiffness, torsion angle, torque-torsion angle, torque-time, and torsion angle-time relationships.

The machine adopts a horizontal structure, computer control, a fully digital data acquisition control system, and a fully digital AC servo system. It features uniform and stable loading, no impact phenomena, and accurate data acquisition control.
