The overall test system consists of: Mining-Induced Stress Loading Main Frame, Loading Mechanism, Hydraulic Servo System, Test Operation Device, Measurement System, Digital Simulation Control System, and Data Acquisition and Processing System.
System Features:
Loading Control Introduction: Vertical loading unit, maximum vertical load 4500kN, maximum stroke of normal loading cylinder actuator 200mm, displacement sensor range 300mm, measurement and control accuracy up to ±1% of indicated value.
Lateral loading unit, maximum horizontal load 1200kN, maximum stroke of lateral loading actuator 200mm, displacement sensor range 300mm.
Deformation control adopts the average value of multiple displacement sensors, with measurement and control accuracy up to ±1% of indicated value. Servo control section: minimum and maximum load loading rates are 0.01kN/s and 100 kN/s respectively, displacement loading speed (displacement control) minimum and maximum rates are 0.01mm/min and 100 mm/min respectively, displacement control stabilization time is 3d, with measurement and control accuracy up to ±1% of indicated value. System loading pressure servo stabilization system (steady-state and transient methods), the testing machine has sufficient stiffness.
