II. Functional Features

The main unit of the building mortar thermal insulation material testing machine features a gantry-style prestressed frame with high axial stiffness. It utilizes arc synchronous belt wheel reduction and ball screw pair transmission, ensuring no backlash and precise control of test force and deformation speed. The dual-space structure allows the upper space for tensile tests and the lower space for compression and bending tests. The transmission is smooth, responsive, and low-noise. The servo system employs a fully digital AC servo motor and driver, offering a wide speed range and high precision. The unique dual-control system, equipped with a large-screen LCD display, allows the measurement and control system to operate independently or in conjunction with a computer. The load cell ensures high accuracy and long-term stability, with protection functions against overload, over-travel, over-voltage, over-current, and overheating.
