1. The oil-gas separation element is a key component that determines the quality of compressed air from the compressor. High-quality oil-gas separation elements not only ensure the compressor operates efficiently but also extend the filter element's lifespan to thousands of hours.

2. The oil-gas separator processes compressed air discharged from the compressor head, which carries oil droplets of various sizes. Large oil droplets are easily separated in the oil-gas separation tank, while small oil droplets (suspended oil particles with a diameter below 1um) must be filtered through the micron and glass fiber filtration layers of the oil-gas separator filter element. When the pressure difference across the oil separator core reaches 0.08 to 0.1 MPa, the filter element must be replaced; otherwise, it increases the operating costs of the compressor (power consumption).
