I. System Overview
VB-MAPP (Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program) is a criterion-referenced assessment system, curriculum guide, and skill tracking system for preschool children, children with autism, ADHD, and those with language development delays. It evaluates language and academic abilities comprehensively.
The system assesses a child's capabilities across three developmental stages (0-18 months, 18-30 months, 30-48 months) through key learning and language milestones, providing individualized training plans based on assessment results. It is not only rich in theoretical framework but also grounded in clinical practice, making it the most effective and practical assessment and training guidance system available today.
1. Milestones Assessment: Provides a comprehensive and accurate representation of the child's current language and related abilities.
2. Barriers Assessment: Evaluates 24 common learning and language acquisition barriers faced by children with autism or other developmental disorders.
3. Transition Assessment: Includes 18 assessment areas to determine whether the child is making meaningful progress and possesses the necessary skills to learn in a less restrictive educational environment, offering an objective evaluation of overall skills and current learning capabilities to guide educational needs.
4. Task Analysis and Skill Tracking: Further breaks down skills, offering a more complete and continuous learning and language skill curriculum guide.
5. Placement and IEP Goals: The placement guide provides specific guidance for the 170 milestones in the assessment and offers various suggestions for Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, designing intervention content for the IEP.
II. System Functions
1. Create Profiles: Establish profiles by entering basic information of the test subject, including name, gender, date of birth, age, household registration type, gestational age at birth, contact number, etc.
2. Professional Diagnosis: Through stage-specific ability testing, using national norms and standard clinical psychological measurement scoring methods, the system automatically generates assessment results for various abilities.
3. Report Printing: Output complete reports in standard A4 paper format, with options for black and white or color text and tables.
4. Record Query: Users can query and export reports based on keywords such as ID number, name, date of birth, test date, etc., and view or print the test subject's historical records at any time.

III. Hardware Configuration Requirements
1. Display Adjustment Function: Features a 19.5-inch high-sensitivity touch display. The screen height can be adjusted according to the operator's height, designed with ergonomic principles in mind.
2. Instrument Configuration: Equipped with an LED medical LCD anti-glare color touch display, effectively reducing visual fatigue and meeting user requirements for different viewing angles and diagnostic environments.
3. Workstation Cart: ABS operation platform made of eco-friendly materials, with four movable casters for easy mobility and locking.
4. Printer: Brand printer supporting A4 printing, both color and black-and-white printing.
