Product Introduction

The "Erxi" brand Exlift small sewage lifting unit integrates a non-clogging submersible vortex pump (or cutter pump), PE tank, and fully automatic control system. The sewage lifting device is an integrated underground sewage solution, specifically designed for large villas, underground shopping malls, supermarkets, subway stations, stadiums, and other venues. It collects and lifts sewage that cannot rely on gravity to flow into municipal sewage pipes. This product features high collection efficiency, small footprint, automatic control, and effective pretreatment of sewage and odors. The internal configuration allows for the selection of different pump types based on the medium, and multiple water inlet ports are reserved for customer convenience. The Exlift fully automatic sewage lifting device completely solves the problem of sewage discharge in basements without drainage pipelines. Installing bathrooms in basements is no longer a challenge. This equipment functions like a mobile sewage treatment and lifting unit, fully replacing traditional methods such as digging sump pits and setting up sewage pumps. The sewage is completely drained each time, preventing air pollution and odor generation. Additionally, the sewage lifter is equipped with laundry drainage facilities. Made from high-standard materials, the sewage lifter ensures a longer service life.

Equipment Models

The sewage lifter's pump and corresponding pipelines are pre-connected, and the control unit is fully operational. Easy to install and maintain, it can be placed in building sewage pits, on the ground, or mounted on walls. It features multiple inlet ports. The Exlift90-180 model is equipped with one pump, while the Exlift200-250 can be configured with two pumps. It offers convenient installation, low noise, and an exceptionally compact structure suitable for narrow spaces. The Exlift series lifter tanks are made of corrosion-resistant, high-strength PE storage units, combined with flexible rubber connectors and rubber sealing kits for complete sealing.

The Exlift series sewage lifters can be configured with cutter pumps featuring independent cutting devices, which shred long fibrous impurities before pumping them into the main sewage pipeline. Multi-point liquid level switches are used for water level control, and the system is equipped with an intelligent control unit.
