Erxi Environmental Protection stainless steel high-efficiency oil-water separator is an environmentally friendly high-tech product designed for the treatment of various oily wastewater. This product can be widely used in kitchens such as restaurants, hotels, and canteens, as well as in food processing plants for the treatment of wastewater containing animal and vegetable oils. It is also suitable for industrial wastewater containing mineral oils from oil fields, petrochemical plants, ships, gas stations, machinery processing and manufacturing, and coking plants. Additionally, it can be used in conjunction with other water treatment devices.

This product applies fluid dynamics theory, utilizing the principle of reverse flow separation with a honeycomb structure and the dialectical relationship between turbulent and laminar flow using corrugated plate structures. It enables the oil-containing liquid to perform oil-water separation during flow. Through the clever design of the product's internal structure, the separation surface area per unit volume is increased, significantly improving the oil-water separation effect and reducing the wastewater retention time. Oil droplets, with the kinetic energy from the high-speed flow of wastewater, continuously collide, growing from small to large, thereby accelerating movement. This allows oil and water of different specific gravities to separate, stratify, and achieve the purpose of oil-water separation. Oil accumulates more and more on the water surface, and when the oil layer is thick enough, it automatically overflows into the oil collection tank for collection and periodic discharge.

Maintenance:

1. Clean the grease trap basket several times a day to prevent clogging and ensure smooth water inflow.

2. Clean the surface floating oil at least once every 2 days, and simultaneously clean the waste oil in the oil collection tank: first open the drain valve at the bottom of the tank to discharge some water, then collect the waste oil.

3. Rinse the inside of the equipment at least once every half month, remove sediment and oil sludge inside the tank, and scrape off the oil adhering to the metal partition surfaces with a blade.
