Product Overview

The valve body is cylindrical, and the internal components include a stainless steel float ball, lever, and valve disc. This valve is installed at the pump outlet or in water distribution pipelines to remove accumulated air in the pipes, thereby improving the efficiency of the pipeline and water pump. When negative pressure occurs in the pipeline, the valve quickly draws in external air to prevent damage to the pipeline due to negative pressure. Medium temperature: 0-80°C.

Working Principle:

When water begins to fill the pipeline, the valve disc is in the open position, allowing a large amount of air to be exhausted. Once the air is completely expelled, the valve fills with water, causing the float ball to rise and close the valve disc, stopping the air release. During normal water transmission, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a certain extent, the water level inside the valve drops, and the air is released through a small orifice. When the water pump stops, and the pipeline empties or negative pressure occurs, the plug quickly opens to吸入空氣, ensuring pipeline safety.
