I. Installation and Debugging:
    Products sold by our company normally include shipping costs (specific terms are subject to negotiation and communication with each customer based on their actual situation), meaning we will deliver the equipment ordered by the customer to their specified installation or usage location. For large or complex equipment, we will also provide on-site installation and debugging services.

II. Equipment Training:
    To ensure users can correctly operate the equipment and extend its service life, our company can provide training for the actual operators or maintenance personnel of the user's unit, including:
     1. Equipment Usage: covering equipment working principles and structure, usage methods, and daily precautions.
     2. Equipment Maintenance and Simple Troubleshooting: including daily equipment upkeep and maintenance, safety precautions during use, and diagnosis and resolution of simple faults.
     3. Training Standards: enabling trained employees to independently, correctly, and proficiently use the equipment, perform daily maintenance, and promptly resolve simple faults.

    During the warranty period, if customers encounter machine malfunctions, they can report the issue via phone, fax, or email, providing a detailed description of the fault. If the fault is due to improper use by the customer and is simple, our company will guide the customer to resolve it themselves over the phone. If the issue cannot be resolved within three working days with the customer's active cooperation, the customer can transport the faulty equipment to our after-sales service center for repair, or we will dispatch a maintenance engineer to provide on-site resolution.

IV. Post-Warranty Services:
    Our company provides lifetime maintenance services for the machines we sell. Additionally, we offer repair services for other brands of scrubbers and sweepers, as well as maintenance for aerial work platforms and gasoline sweepers. For products sold by our company, customers can also opt for post-warranty保修 services at the time of purchase, paying an annual fee of 8% of the total equipment purchase price to extend the warranty period. If the customer does not choose to extend the warranty, and the equipment requires on-site repair services from our maintenance engineers, the customer will be responsible for covering the actual transportation costs (long-distance bus, hard seat, or hard sleeper train tickets), accommodation expenses (100-200 yuan per night), and the cost of replacement parts.

    Our spare parts center in Shanghai ensures timely provision of spare parts and consumables for the equipment we sell. Except for a few components that need to be temporarily imported from abroad, general spare parts or consumables are usually available from stock.
