I. Installation and Commissioning:
    Products sold by the company normally include shipping costs (specific terms subject to negotiation and agreement with each customer), meaning we will deliver the equipment ordered by the customer to their specified installation or usage location. For large or complex equipment, we will also provide on-site installation and commissioning.

II. Equipment Training:
    To ensure users can operate the equipment correctly and extend product lifespan, our company can provide training for the actual operators or maintenance personnel of the user unit, including:
     1. Equipment usage: covering working principles and structure, usage methods, and daily precautions;
     2. Equipment maintenance and simple troubleshooting: including daily upkeep and maintenance, safety precautions, and diagnosis and resolution of simple faults;
     3. Training standard: enabling trained staff to independently, correctly, and skillfully operate the equipment, perform daily maintenance, and promptly resolve simple faults.

III. Services During Warranty Period:

If the issue cannot be resolved within three working days with customer cooperation, customers can send the equipment to our after-sales service center for repair, or we will dispatch a maintenance engineer to resolve it on-site.

IV. Services After Warranty Period:
    Our company provides lifetime maintenance services for the machines sold, as well as repair services for other brands of scrubbers and sweepers, including maintenance for aerial work platforms and gasoline sweepers. For products sold by our company, customers can also choose extended warranty services beyond the warranty period by paying 8% of the total equipment purchase price annually to extend the warranty. If customers do not opt for extended warranty, when equipment fails and requires on-site service from our maintenance engineers, customers need to cover the actual transportation costs (long-distance bus, hard seat, or hard sleeper train tickets), accommodation expenses (100-200 yuan per night), and costs for replacement parts.

Our spare parts center in Shanghai ensures timely provision of spare parts and wear parts for the equipment sold. Except for a few components that need to be imported temporarily from abroad, general spare parts or wear parts are available from stock.
