EVO650 Imported Sweeping and Washing Integrated Machine Technical Features
The fully imported Italian ride-on sweeping and washing integrated machine has a cleaning width of 1060 mm and a theoretical cleaning capacity of up to 5000 square meters per hour. It is particularly suitable for cleaning floors in places with a large amount of solid waste, such as machining workshops with iron chips on the ground.
1. Unlike ordinary floor scrubbers, the EVO850 sweeping and washing integrated machine combines sweeping, water dispensing, washing, and drying into one machine. One machine is equivalent to having both a ride-on sweeper and a ride-on floor scrubber at the same time, not only improving cleaning efficiency but also saving one cleaner, greatly reducing labor costs;
2. Unlike ordinary roller brush scrubbers that typically use two roller brushes, the EVO series sweeping and washing integrated machine requires only one roller brush for sweeping and washing. Similar to a sweeper, it can pick up larger objects such as wood blocks and soda cans, as well as thin paper sheets;

3. The roller brush speed is 920 RPM, while ordinary roller brush scrubbers typically operate at around 500 RPM. The higher speed ensures more thorough cleaning;

5. The innovatively designed EVO water supply/suction system uses compressed air generated by the exhaust gas from the suction motor to spray water from the clean water tank from the outside inward to both sides of the roller brush. Its advantages include:
1. No need for side water-retaining skirts, avoiding the common issue of water splashing outward in ordinary scrubbers. The water consumption is as low as 0.5 liters per minute and at most only 3 liters, saving approximately 50% water compared to ordinary scrubbers. This allows its 90-liter water tank to perform equivalently to a 200-liter tank in ordinary scrubbers during cleaning operations;

2. Since water does not splash outward, the suction squeegee does not need to be widened. Its width, matching the roller brush width, is sufficient to fully suction wastewater from the ground. The narrower body enables the machine to clean narrower passages, whereas ordinary scrubbers typically have suction squeegee widths 10-20 cm wider than the brush cleaning width;

3. The innovative suction system design includes two suction motors: one, as in ordinary roller brush scrubbers, works with the suction squeegee to suction wastewater from the ground; the other is used to suction wastewater generated by the central main brush. When the central main brush cleans the ground, its rotation flings large debris, iron chips, stones, and wastewater into the rear waste container. Large debris remains in the container, while wastewater does not spill onto the ground but flows through fine holes at the bottom of the container into a lower chamber, where it is suctioned into the wastewater tank by the second suction motor. Typically, about 70% of the wastewater is flung and recovered by the central main brush, with the remaining 30% left on the ground and recovered by the rear suction squeegee. This dual suction design significantly improves drying efficiency compared to ordinary scrubbers, achieving essentially dry floors immediately after machine passage;
