The D641X Pneumatic Flange Soft Seal Butterfly Valve consists of a rubber-sealed butterfly valve and a valve disc and stem made of carbon steel or stainless steel. It is suitable for temperatures ≤120°C and is used in industries such as textiles, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petroleum, and electric power for regulating flow and cutting off media in water supply and drainage as well as gas pipelines. Its main features include:

Utilizes the new AW series pneumatic actuator:
Basic Design: Pneumatic double-cylinder double-piston fork-type transmission mechanism; Model AWxx = double-acting; Model AWxxS = single-acting (spring return).
Rotation Angle: Double-acting = 90°; Single-acting = 90°; adjustable from both ends -5° to +5°.
Operating Environment Temperature: -20°C to 90°C.
Air Source Pressure: 0.2 to 0.8Mpa (maximum 1.0Mpa).
