Main Structure

Electric actuators consist of drive motor, reduction gears, screw, nut, guide sleeve, push rod, slide seat, spring, housing, turbine, micro-control switches, and other tools.

Electric actuators are a new type of electric execution機構(gòu). They mainly consist of motor, push rod, and control device, forming a novel linear execution機構(gòu) that enables remote control and centralized control. Electric actuators perform reciprocating motion within a certain stroke range. Standard strokes are generally 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400mm, and special strokes can be customized according to different application requirements. Electric actuators can be designed with different thrusts based on varying application loads, generally up to 6000N. No-load operating speed ranges from 4mm~35mm/s. Electric actuators use 24V/12V DC permanent magnet motors as the power source, converting the motor's rotary motion into linear reciprocating motion to drive a set of linkage mechanisms for switching dampers, valves, gates, baffles, etc. Using electric actuators as execution機構(gòu) not only reduces the air source devices and auxiliary equipment required for pneumatic execution機構(gòu) but also decreases the weight of the execution機構(gòu). Pneumatic execution機構(gòu) require a certain air pressure throughout the entire control operation. Although amplifiers with low consumption can be used, the cumulative air consumption remains significant over time. With electric execution機構(gòu), power is needed when changing the control opening; once the desired opening is reached, no further power is required.
