The JWM worm gear screw lift has many functions such as lifting, lowering, and with auxiliary components, pushing, flipping, and various height adjustments.

Type (Trapezoidal Screw Type)

Low speed, low frequency

The JWM type (trapezoidal screw type) is suitable for low-speed and low-frequency applications. The main components are: precision trapezoidal screw pair and high-precision worm gear pair.

Economical: Compact structure, simple operation, easy maintenance.

Low speed, low frequency: Mainly used for places with heavy loads, low speed, and no need for frequent work.

Load holding: The trapezoidal screw has an automatic locking function, which can hold the load even without a braking device. When subjected to large vibrations and impact loads, the self-locking function may occasionally fail, and an external braking device must be added at this time.

Type (Standard Ball Screw Type)

High speed, high frequency

The JWB type (standard ball screw type) is suitable for high-speed, high-frequency, and high-performance devices. The main components are precision ball screw pair and high-precision worm gear pair.

High efficiency: Using rolling friction improves the overall efficiency. Only a small driving source is needed to generate a large pushing force.

High speed: Compared with trapezoidal screws, the speed is greatly improved, enabling smooth and high-speed operation.

Long service life: The use of high-quality ball screws increases the working life by more than three times. Note: It has no self-locking function and requires an external braking device or a driving source with braking.

UM: Push up DM: Lift down

Suitable for operation without connection at the top or when preventing rotation cannot be achieved due to pulleys and ropes, etc. Please select the appropriate lift (UM or DM) according to the load direction and installation direction.

Moving nut structure (UR, DR)

Generally, the lift must have the stroke generated by the lifting of the screw shaft and the space required for the screw cover. When it is desired to increase the stroke in a limited space, this moving nut structure is very suitable (the screw shaft rotates, and the moving nut moves). The top of the screw shaft is cylindrical, so for long strokes, supporting the shaft end can achieve good transmission效果.

UR: Push up DR: Lift down
