Graphene film grows on the surface of copper foil, with the number of layers being single-layer or few-layer (less than 10 layers). The film has high integrity, high single-layer coverage, good conductivity, and electron mobility can reach ~6000 cm2/V·s. The current specification is 200mm × 300m (effective width 20cm, theoretically, the length can be arbitrarily long).

Storage and Usage:
