Graphene oxide filter cake is produced from graphite using the Hummers method (filter pressing). Upon observation, it appears as a black paste-like substance, soft in nature, easily deformable when kneaded, with a cool touch similar to modeling clay. Its solid content ranges between 45% and 55%, and it exhibits acidic properties. It is currently applied in graphene thermal conductive films; catalyst loading; wastewater treatment; lithium battery cathode and anode materials, conductive agents, polymer composites, and other fields.
