Applicable Scenarios

• Water Source: High-arsenic groundwater (As > 0.05 mg/L)

Technical Features of BKsorb Arsenic Removal Media (Designed for Rural Areas)

Adsorption Capacity: 4–14 g As/kg—1 kg of media can treat 40,000–140,000 liters of low-arsenic water.

Influent Requirements: pH 5–9 (no acid/alkali adjustment needed), groundwater generally requires no pretreatment.

Operation Mode: Gravity or hand-pump filter tanks can operate completely without electricity.

Filter Bed Height: 80–160 cm (recommended ≥100 cm), directly retrofitted from existing sand filter tanks.

Empty Bed Contact Time: ≥3 minutes, flow rate within 10 m/h is sufficient.

Backwashing: Manual or simple hand pump, 5–10 minutes, operable by village water management personnel; equipment can also be set for automatic backwashing.

Service Life: 1.5–5 years (depending on influent arsenic concentration), no need for annual replacement, reducing operational burden.
