The working principle of the spiral nozzle is: liquid (or slurry) is sprayed out as fine droplets to form a mist after tangentially contacting and colliding with a continuously shrinking spiral surface. The streamlined design of the spiral nozzle cavity from the inlet to the outlet minimizes the resistance coefficient, making spiral nozzles suitable for various applications. For example, they are widely used in many industrial fields such as chemical, environmental protection, power, and textile industries, particularly in flue gas desulfurization and dust removal. Their wear resistance, corrosion resistance, misting performance, and anti-clogging properties have been widely accepted by many users in the industry.
