It also includes cutting processing for compartment panel recessed platforms. 4.1 Composite Panel Glue Removal, Sanding, and Dimensional Cutting Correction: Utilizing the saw cutting function, it enables angle-rotational cutting with a user-friendly operation method, requiring no programming or specialized technical personnel. Ordinary employees can operate after training. Modular processing is adopted, where inputting the corresponding dimensions based on processing needs allows for production. The saw blade cuts vertically along the X-axis and Y-axis directions to achieve the contour dimension cutting and correction of composite panels. (This is an advantage of our equipment, enabling more convenient and faster processing and production.)

4.2 Side Wall Door Opening: The spindle head clamps milling cutters and saw blades of corresponding specifications, automatically moving to the required door opening position for cutting via the tool. It can also use forming tools to process beveled edges on the door or utilize the saw cutting function to complete the door opening processing. The cut panels can be used for side door panels.

4.3 Raw Material Foam Board Processing: Considering customers' needs for processing raw material foam boards and RV compartment panels, our equipment features a vacuum adsorption tabletop with liftable block adsorption fixtures. The vacuum adsorption tabletop is specifically designed to address the flatness requirements of raw material foam boards, mainly for cutting, grooving, and drilling. For processing RV compartment panels, liftable point and block adsorption fixtures are used to secure the panels. The liftable adsorption fixtures allow for cutting window openings in the compartment panels during processing without cutting into the fixtures, significantly enhancing production safety and efficiency.

4.4 Encrypted Data Transmission: Using the Taiwan LNC control system, bus absolute value control, and absolute encoder technology, the equipment can connect to the user's internal local area network via an Ethernet interface, enabling one-way encrypted transmission of processing data from the computer to the equipment. Once data is transmitted to the equipment, it can only be used for processing and will not be leaked, ensuring processing security.
