Space Cooling Air Cooler Classification

Space cooling low-temperature air coolers can be divided into three categories based on the supply air temperature:

(1) Ultra-low temperature air supply. Supply air temperature ranges from -25°C to 0°C. Due to higher costs, its application is relatively limited.

(2) Low-temperature air supply. Supply air temperature ranges from 0°C to 8°C. It is widely used in some special production processes.

(3) 10°C low-temperature air supply. Supply air temperature ranges from 10°C to 15°C. This type is commonly used in low-temperature workshops.

Based on heat dissipation methods, they are divided into air-cooled and water-cooled types. Air-cooled types come with their own cooling fans and can be either integrated or split (similar to the structure of household air conditioners), depending on the customer's site conditions. Water-cooled low-temperature air conditioners require customers to additionally select a cooling water tower for heat dissipation.

Baochiyuan's Selection:

1. Baochiyuan is different from other brands of household air conditioners; it is a cooling equipment with a low-temperature refrigeration compressor.

2. When selecting, we need to know the purpose: whether it is for cooling specific components and products or for space cooling.

3. The required cooling temperature. Baochiyuan is a medium to low-temperature cooling equipment, with temperature control between -25°C and 20°C. If the temperature is above 20°C, household air conditioners are recommended for cooling, as their cost is much lower than that of low-temperature machines.
