Unit Working Principle

The high-pressure, high-temperature gas from the compressor enters the condenser, where heat is carried away by the cooling tower to the outside, and the operating substance of the unit turns into a high-pressure, normal-temperature liquid. This high-pressure, normal-temperature liquid enters the expansion valve throttling mechanism to reduce pressure, with part of the liquid flashing into vapor. These low-temperature, low-pressure gas-liquid mixtures enter the evaporator, where they exchange heat with the high-temperature hot water from the customer's industrial equipment for cooling. The medium in the evaporator turns into vapor and returns to the compressor to be compressed again, thus completing a cycle. The chiller continuously exchanges heat for cooling, supplying mechanical equipment and products with cooling.

The air-cooled heat pump unit consists of a循環(huán) system comprising a compressor, heat exchanger, throttle, heat absorber, compressor, etc. The refrigerant circulates within the system under the action of the compressor. It completes the process of pressurization and temperature rise in the gaseous state in the compressor (temperature up to 100°C), then enters the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the air, is cooled and turns into a flowing liquid. When it reaches the heat absorber, the liquid rapidly absorbs heat and evaporates, turning back into a gaseous state, while the temperature drops to -20°C to -30°C. At this point, the air around the heat absorber continuously transfers low-temperature heat to the refrigerant. The continuous circulation of the refrigerant realizes the conversion of low-temperature heat in the air into high-temperature heat and heats the cold water.
