Product Introduction

The specialized chiller for blow molding helps improve the production of various mineral water bottles and soda bottles.

Compressed Air Drying - Blow molding requires clean, dry compressed air. Using chilled water provided by an industrial chiller as a cold source can remove moisture from the compressed air.

Mold Cooling - The chiller can accurately control mold temperature, improving product quality and production efficiency.

Compressed air drying and mold cooling can use the same chiller as the cold source.

Thermoforming

The most common products are small containers, such as yogurt cups.

Plastic is extruded by heated molds at a constant frequency. Maintaining a constant temperature is crucial, and the temperature range requirements for chilled water are very high. Therefore, a proportional chilled water valve is needed to automatically and precisely regulate the temperature.

Hydraulic System

Mold opening, closing, and material injection all require a hydraulic system. Hydraulic oil absorbs energy from the hydraulic pump, causing its temperature to rise. Typically, the oil temperature should not exceed 60°C.

A cooling water temperature of around 27°C is more suitable. Since the required water temperature differs from the mold temperature, an electric water valve is needed to separate it from the mold cooling circuit, or an independent cooling system is required.
