Working Principle of Industrial Chillers for Leather Production

High-pressure and high-temperature gas from the compressor enters the condenser, where heat is carried away by the cooling tower to the external environment. The operating substance of the unit turns into a high-pressure, room-temperature liquid. This high-pressure, room-temperature liquid enters the expansion valve throttling mechanism to reduce pressure, causing part of the liquid to flash into vapor. These low-temperature, low-pressure gas-liquid mixtures enter the evaporator, where they exchange heat with the high-temperature hot water from the customer's industrial equipment to provide cooling. The medium in the evaporator turns into vapor and returns to the compressor to be compressed again, thus completing one cycle.
